Yandex is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join the Yandex team.

Tasks that await you

  • Help with the scaling strategy of the partner acquisition channel

You will seek and recruit partners to the network (web/mobile) and cultivate relationships with current partners, assisting in solving their problems and tasks related to partner tools. You will also be responsible for attracting partners for the distribution of offers and KPI-traffic generation, and motivating partners to generate leads for our offers and increase acquisition volumes. Your job will also include updating content for partners and handling targeted partnership plans, including joint product solutions and promotions capable of bringing users to Yandex services.

  • Communication activities

You will manage communication materials for partner activities and also discuss and align the mechanics of joint activities and communication materials with decision-makers.

  • Work with analytics on the results of partner activations

You will handle project documentation, monitor the exchange of documentation with partners and payment deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We expect that you

  • Have 3+ years of successful experience in partner marketing
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are experienced in implementing partner projects or working with CPA platforms
  • Possess negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships
  • Are proficient in advertising and user analytics and understand the key metrics
  • Have extensive experience in negotiations and active sales and the ability to be persuasively convincing
  • Are independent in solving daily tasks and making operational decisions
  • Are capable of clear task-setting, quality, and deadline monitoring, and are able to evaluate results
  • Are goal-oriented, energetic, and proactive
  • Have worked with analytical systems and understand attribution models, cohort analysis, and the calculation of micro and macro conversions and business metrics
  • Are proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Think structurally, are meticulous, and care about quality
  • Are committed to achieving tangible results
