Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and maintaining case files in the database, scanning, photocopying, and archiving documents.
  • Assisting in payment processing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior admin or accounting experience is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English;
  • Skills:
    • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; 1С.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
