English Language Teacher

Responsibilities:

Prepare Lesson Plans:

• Design structured lesson plans that align with course objectives.
• Include engaging activities, targeted exercises, and a variety of teaching methods to develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Conduct Engaging Sessions:

• Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons incorporating group discussions, role-plays, multimedia presentations, and other activities.
• Ensure that students remain actively engaged and enjoy the learning process while improving their English proficiency.

Assess Student Progress:

• Evaluate students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal in-class assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students identify areas for improvement and track their language development.Adapt lesson plans and teac

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent (required).
• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques, including multimedia and interactive methods.
• Flexibility to tailor lessons to the needs of different learning levels and styles.
