We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager whose main task will be to develop overseas business in Russia & CIS
Responsibilities:
- Overall market strategic planning, sales strategies formulation and execution in the assigned regions;
- Achieve individual sales targets by developing relationships with new and existing customers;
- Customers requirements analysis and processing, providing accurate quotations, contracts negotiations;
- Handling and following up on post-order matters and after-sales service for customers;
- Educate customers on the Company products, conduct product presentations, to promote the Company external publicity to contribute to increased penetration in the market;
- Collect, organize, and summarize market trends and information about competitors, and formulate corresponding countermeasures;
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization, as well as global team leaders.
Requirements:
- High university degree;
- 3+ years of experience in carbon products sales, strong knowledge of carbon products market in the assigned regions;
- Excellent channel expansion capabilities and negation skills;
- Good command of English;
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, decisive in making decisions, able to work independently.
