Head of Shared Services Center (Cairo)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Shared Services Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the development, implementation, and support of various systems and applications. Location Egypt, Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Shared Services Center

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support management and collegues

• Manage the center's resources, including human resources, financial, and technical resources

• Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Foster strong relationships with business and stakeholders to promote the center's services and capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Shared Services Center or similar environment

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various systems and applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience in managing budgets and resources

• Certification in project management or related field

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
