Legal Advisor

Transsion Holdings is looking for Legal Advisor in Moscow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full legal support of the Company brands, well-organized individual who has working experience in international companies and has deep knowledge of international and local law (civil law, corporation law, customer service law).

Duties:

• Legal support for companies belonging to Transsion Holdings in Russia (including legal due diligence of contracts, preparation of legal references, rights with advertising, marketing, logistics/transportation, customs law, intellectual property rights, online stores, marketplaces, trade areas);

• Consumer disputes (service contracts, aftersalles support);

• Legal, consulting support for Transsion Holdings participants in matters of law enforcement of Russian legislation;
• Preparation of legal advice on claims and litigation, representation in state and judicial authorities (if necessary);
• Working with bilingual contracts.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years experience in corporation legal affairs;
• Higher legal education;
• Knowledge of civil and corporation law;
• Knowledge of marketing activities law;
• Good knowledge of English.

Conditions:

• Employment in full compliance with the Russian Labor Code;
• Medical insurance after probation period;
• Work schedule is 5/2;
