Transsion Holdings is looking for Legal Advisor in Moscow.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for full legal support of the Company brands, well-organized individual who has working experience in international companies and has deep knowledge of international and local law (civil law, corporation law, customer service law).
Duties:
1. Legal Compliance:
- Monitor and interpret local laws (e.g., labor, corporate, data privacy, anti-corruption) impacting business operations;
- Implement compliance programs and policies tailored to local requirements;
- Liaise with local regulators and external counsel as needed.
2. Contract Drafting & Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., vendor contracts, NDAs, employment terms, partnership agreements) in local language and English;
- Ensure contracts align with company standards and local legal norms.
3. Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: - Advise on litigation, labor disputes, IP protection, and other legal risks. - Coordinate with external law firms for specialized matters.
4. Corporate Governance:
- Support entity setup, licensing, and corporate secretarial work (e.g., board resolutions, filings);
- Ensure adherence to local corporate and tax laws.
5. Cross-Border Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional/global legal teams to harmonize practices;
- Train business teams on local legal requirements.
Requirements:
- More than 4-5 years experience in corporation legal affairs;
- Higher legal education;
- Knowledge of civil and corporation law;
- Knowledge of marketing activities law;
- Good knowledge of English.
