Обязанности:

Company produces reusable ophthalmological instruments in price category «average+» in Russia and sells instruments and consumables through distributors across the world.
Responsibilities:
- Development of sales: analysis, planning, negotiations and other communications with distributors, formation and implementation of performance indicators for work with distributors and control of these indicators.
- The participation in exhibitions in different countries (a few times a year)
- In cooperation with a marketing department: analysis of existing and potential markets, development of assortment and pricing policies, sales development plans, marketing communication strategies, implementation of new sales instruments.
- Search and attraction of new distributors, meeting planned sales targets

Reqirements:
- Higher education
- English and Spanish at advanced level: negotiations, correspondence, fluent communication
- Experience in sales at least 1 year ( preferably in export sales)
- Developed communication skills, high internal responsibility for the sales direction, an ability to multitask
- Preferably candidates located in Kazan and Nizhniy Novgorod
