Duties:
- participation in brand development through service channel at the headquarters level
- development of the brand through the after-sales service channel in the local region in accordance with the development plan
- relationships with key partners, development of the call center in accordance with the brand strategy
- development of service partners (technical support, customer relationships)
- monitoring the work of service partners, motivation, KPI
- local spare parts inventory planning
- reduction of costs from the write-off of non-repairable goods
- incoming control of goods delivered for the local market together with logistics and warehouse staff
- feedback on production through the quality department, improvement of the quality of supplied goods, adaptation of goods based by feedback from consumers and service\trade partners
Requirements:
- Higher education (engineering education is an advantage)
- Previous experience in similar positions in after sales department ( household appliances is a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of English language at least on B2 level
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Personal qualities: active, strategic thinking, high performance, energetic, positive attitude, target driven, high level of self-organization
