We're looking for SCM (Supply Chain) Specialist

Responsibilities:

Managing claims:

• Receive, register, track, categorize claims from clients, determine responsible for damage side, approval to clients
• Sending for payment and tracking the payment
• Analyse the category of claims, %, statistics (sending to the factory in case of factory defects)
• Create claims and reclamation procedure for partners

Price-lists for clients

• PL preparation, calculation and creation the draft for base and clients PL for loading into 1C
• Managing additional agreements with PL for clients – prepare and sign (when changed)
• Invoices testing in 1C system when PL changes

Inbound operations from local factory

• Shipments from the factory orders (determine with the factory WH specialist amount and list of SKU, tracking the amount in limitation period sept-dec, EAS requests, PO in SAP)
• Tracking monthly production with the factory in according with S&OP monthly POs

Requirements:

• Higher education

• English intermediate

• Excel advanced

• MS Office, 1C, SAP knowledge

• Good analytical skills
