Our client, AR Drawing, an app for those who want to learn how to draw, is looking for proactive influencer marketing specialists to join the team! If you love research, enjoy connecting with creative people, and want to grow in the influencer world — let’s get acquainted!
Responsibilities:

Conduct daily searches for new bloggers to collaborate with (mainly on TikTok) using services like Hypetrain, Collabstr, TikTok Creator Marketplace, as well as free searches on social networks (Instagram, TikTok).

Send emails to bloggers with collaboration proposals (30-100 messages per day).

Communicate daily with bloggers about collaboration details — answer their questions, negotiate post prices depending on their estimated CPM and niche (offer cross-posting, suggest multiple integrations for the price, etc.).

Process payments to bloggers.

Monitor the timing of ad releases and log links to completed integrations in your spreadsheet.

Regularly analyze the performance of your integrations and adapt purchasing strategies to improve conversions!
What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing. It’s important that you have practical experience in large-scale purchasing (30-40 integrations per month).

Strong research skills. We’re looking for someone who can dig deep online and isn’t afraid to explore new platforms to find the most creative ambassadors.

Analytical mindset. You don’t just find bloggers; you can evaluate them by numbers: views, reach, engagement — it’s second nature to you.

Top-notch communication skills. You’ll need to write to bloggers, negotiate, explain, and assist. It’s crucial that you can convey your thoughts clearly, amicably, and enthusiastically.

Proactivity. We love people who don’t wait for instructions but instead propose ideas, seek out new bloggers, test new approaches, and want to grow in influencer marketing.
-Attention to detail and organizational skills. You’ll manage ad purchases, work with spreadsheets, and our Telegram bot, so it’s vital to organize processes efficiently without losing track of data.
-A good command of English OR equivalent proficiency in communication via ChatGPT is a plus. We work in the international market!
