Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a Food & Beverage Director or an Assistant Food & Beverage Director in 5* International Hotel environment;
- Fluent English;
- Manage the full operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet services;
- University degree, preferably in Hotel management;
- Computer literate;
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills is a must
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for all food & beverage products in the hotel and provides that beverage costs and pricing are set and accurate to ensure proper accounting;
- All day control service standards, preferably LQA knowledge;
- Guest’s satisfaction constant monitoring, tracking and solving all the complaints;
- Planning departmental work: goal definition, staff motivation for their achievements, controls the implementation of projects and procedures;
- Establishing and maintaining good relations between departments.
