Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard real estate agencies to advertise on our platform.

Present tailored advertising packages and solutions that align with each agency’s needs and goals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.

Act as the main point of contact for agencies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Monitor account performance and usage, and proactively suggest improvements or upgrades.

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to grow the agency network.
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (real estate or proptech experience is a plus).

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.

Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).

Confidence in presenting to decision-makers at all levels.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Understanding of the real estate industry and/or digital advertising landscape is a strong advantage.
