Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard real estate agencies to advertise on our platform.

  • Present tailored advertising packages and solutions that align with each agency’s needs and goals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.

  • Act as the main point of contact for agencies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor account performance and usage, and proactively suggest improvements or upgrades.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to grow the agency network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (real estate or proptech experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.

  • Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).

  • Confidence in presenting to decision-makers at all levels.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

  • Understanding of the real estate industry and/or digital advertising landscape is a strong advantage.
