Key Responsibilities:
- monitoring and controlling operational and project-related expenses;
- comparing actual costs with budgeted figures, analyzing variances;
- preparing regular management reports (monthly/quarterly);
- participating in budgeting and forecasting processes;
- ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures;
- collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data by department/project;
- supporting financial management in decision-making.
Professional Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- solid knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis principles;
- strong Excel skills;
- attention to detail and strong analytical thinking;
- russian and English intermediate at least.
