what to do:

Development and implementation of a sales strategy for services
Formation of a vector for the development of a commercial area. Analysis of demand, competitors, and the needs of the target audience. Adapting the strategy to market changes and seasonality

Formation and development of the sales department
​​​​​​​Recruitment, training and adaptation of new managers. Development of scripts, sales standards, and customer support. Building an effective motivation system for the team.
Sales and plans management
Setting individual and team plans (KPIs, UKR). Monitoring their implementation, identifying and eliminating "bottlenecks". Conducting regular training sessions, case studies, and feedback.

Personal study of key clients Conducting high-level negotiations. Support of large or strategically important transactions. Working with VIP clients and returning "lost" clients.
Development of the product line of services Together with the development and marketing team. Introducing new services to the market, testing hypotheses. Packaging and positioning of offers for different customer segments.
Our expectations for the candidate:
Higher education (preferably in economics, management, marketing or related fields).
At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management position. Experience in building and managing a sales team.
Practical experience in sales of services (B2B or B2C) is required.
Deep understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer service processes. The experience of forming and implementing a commercial strategy. Knowledge of analytics tools and CRM systems.
What we offer:
Compensation in the fork is open (depends on competencies) Always be heard by the management.
Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (official Gazette, 21 working days of work leave) 5/2, holidays and weekends according to the US industrial calendar.
The working time is a hybrid form (since the team works according to American time from 19:00 to 03:00 Tashkent time).
