What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a localized social media strategy for the brand’s presence in Indonesia, aligned with global and regional marketing goals.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across Meta platforms and others as relevant.

  • Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram), ensuring consistency and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.

  • Track trends, audience behavior, and cultural insights to keep content fresh, relevant, and resonant.

  • Manage a team of designers and copywriters to deliver high-performing, on-brand content.

  • Leverage user-generated content (UGC) and manage reactive, real-time engagement opportunities.

  • Utilize social media and analytics tools (e.g., LiveDune, Popsters, YouScan, RivalIQ) for performance insights and competitive benchmarking.

  • Collaborate closely with the broader internal SMM community to share learnings and align strategies.

  • Actively experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) to enhance content creation, workflow automation, and ideation.

What we expect:

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in multicultural or regional contexts.

  • Deep understanding of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube.

  • Experience managing KPIs, paid ad campaigns (especially via Facebook Ads Manager), and audience segmentation.

  • Strong community management and social listening experience.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity and fluency in experimenting with emerging digital and AI technologies.
