What you will do:

Develop and execute a localized social media strategy for the brand’s presence in Indonesia, aligned with global and regional marketing goals.

Plan, launch, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across Meta platforms and others as relevant.

Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram), ensuring consistency and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.

Track trends, audience behavior, and cultural insights to keep content fresh, relevant, and resonant.

Manage a team of designers and copywriters to deliver high-performing, on-brand content.

Leverage user-generated content (UGC) and manage reactive, real-time engagement opportunities.

Utilize social media and analytics tools (e.g., LiveDune, Popsters, YouScan, RivalIQ) for performance insights and competitive benchmarking.

Collaborate closely with the broader internal SMM community to share learnings and align strategies.

Actively experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) to enhance content creation, workflow automation, and ideation.
What we expect:

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in multicultural or regional contexts.

Deep understanding of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube.

Experience managing KPIs, paid ad campaigns (especially via Facebook Ads Manager), and audience segmentation.

Strong community management and social listening experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
