What You’ll Do:
- Manage Billing Processes: Oversee the complete billing cycle from claim submission to payment posting. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Claims Management: Submit claims accurately and follow up on denied claims. Post payments and adjustments accurately.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing activities, revenue metrics, and performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and guidelines.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and provide support related to billing issues.
- Workflow Optimization: Use computer systems to manage information and streamline workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluent in English and Russian
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask and manage priorities
✅ Confident with computer programs (Microsoft Office 365)
✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
✅ A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
✅ No prior experience needed - recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
✅ Experience in billing/credentialing or previous work with US-based companies is advantageous
