Responsibilities:

  • Defines, develops and runs holistic marketing strategy for respective category in order to achieve maximum business potential and objectives
  • Leads a full scope of product portfolio management
  • Prepares & implements short-, mid- and long-term yearly category’s marketing plan
  • Conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials. Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, matches market unmet needs with innovation activities
  • Develops and implements new products launches
  • Leads all the strategic segments development as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing
  • Creates and steers all media and other communicational assets of respective brands
  • Responsible for category P&L and marketing budget planning and steering
  • Develops and manages the responsible team

Requirements:

  • Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication)
  • Relevant work experience in international FMCG company in marketing on the position of Senior Brand Manager/Group Brand Manager/Category Head, preferably including experience in:
  • New product development for local market
  • Development and creation of 360 communication materials for local market
  • Experience in people management
