Responsibilities:
- Defines, develops and runs holistic marketing strategy for respective category in order to achieve maximum business potential and objectives
- Leads a full scope of product portfolio management
- Prepares & implements short-, mid- and long-term yearly category’s marketing plan
- Conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials. Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, matches market unmet needs with innovation activities
- Develops and implements new products launches
- Leads all the strategic segments development as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing
- Creates and steers all media and other communicational assets of respective brands
- Responsible for category P&L and marketing budget planning and steering
- Develops and manages the responsible team
Requirements:
- Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication)
- Relevant work experience in international FMCG company in marketing on the position of Senior Brand Manager/Group Brand Manager/Category Head, preferably including experience in:
- New product development for local market
- Development and creation of 360 communication materials for local market
- Experience in people management
