Now, we’re looking for a Junior Blogger Outreach Specialist to boost sales through strategic affiliate partnerships at TikTok Shop.

Your Role:

• Recruit and onboard affiliates (creators, influencers, bloggers) to promote our brands.
• Manage relationships with partners, negotiate terms, and optimize collaborations.
• Track performance metrics (sales, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop new approaches to attract high-performing affiliates.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and adapt tactics for maximum impact.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Analytical mindset – ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Self-motivation and organizational skills – you’ll manage tasks independently.
• Creativity and adaptability to leverage new trends.
• English (B2+) is necessary – you’ll communicate with US-based partners.
• Experience in affiliate marketing (TikTok Shop) is a big plus.
