A moving company based in the USA is looking for a strong Sales Agent.
Candidates without proven proficiency in English will not be considered. As all our clients are based in the United States, a strong command of conversational English is required.
Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, etc.).

Provide clients with information regarding the company's services, including cost estimates for moving services, explanation of terms, and addressing any inquiries.

Maintain accurate internal records and documentation related to client inquiries.

Coordinate and monitor the progress of orders, ensuring timely completion and tracking of tasks.

Uphold a high standard of service and foster positive, professional relationships with clients.

Address and resolve any client concerns or issues related to their orders in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Proficiency in conversational English, with the ability to effectively communicate with American clients.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage and address client objections.

Demonstrated punctuality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Willingness and ability to work according to California time zone.

Previous experience in phone-based sales in English is a mandatory requirement.
Conditions:

Work hours in PST: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (night shifts for candidates located in the CIS)

Salary: from $800 to $3000 (depends on experience and working hours)
