The Role
- Shaping short-term and long-term plans to drive the project’s success and expansion.
- Managing project execution, keeping tabs on progress, and tweaking approaches to hit key targets.
- Researching market trends and competitors to spot opportunities and gauge the product’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Working closely with product managers and sales teams to pinpoint and align on critical needs.
- Building streamlined processes with the Chinese team to bring products to the Russian market effectively.
- Guiding diverse teams handling quality checks, certifications, delivery logistics, and content development.
- Steering the rollout of new products, from concept and testing to design, packaging, and user guides.
- Creating customer-centric strategies for pricing, sales channels, marketing, and product messaging to meet revenue goals.
- Overseeing marketing budgets and pricing plans to ensure financial objectives stay on track.
- Establishing and measuring product performance goals (KPIs), analyzing outcomes, and stepping in with solutions when needed.
- Teaming up with headquarters to shape strategic plans and grow the product category.
The Candidate
- Experience in the position of product manager/marketing manager/project manager in marketing within Electronics, Home Appliance, Small Appliance or related categories.
- Solid experience in project management and in cross-department communication.
- Proactive, autonomous profile.
- Strong expertise in business/market analysis.
- Advanced Excel user.
- English language at Upper-Intermediate level
