RNPO intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated RNPO Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in radio network planning and optimization (GSM/UMTS/LTE) within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers in GSM/UMTS/LTE network optimization activities;
• Assist in monitoring network KPIs and identifying improvement areas;
• Contribute to basic troubleshooting and issue analysis;
• Help review SSV and cluster reports and support report preparation for customer submission.

Requirements:

• Only last-year students or recent graduates;
• English and Russian languages proficiency (spoken and written)
• Educational background in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of radio access technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting;
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
