We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a VR/AR startup targeting international markets. Our product is a cutting-edge service for creating sophisticated digital models of real-world objects, primarily serving developers and architectural firms.

The role involves proactive sales and business development, navigating long sales cycles and complex markets, with a competitive commission structure tied to performance.

Tasks:

  • Development of key markets: USA, EU, MENA, India.

  • Driving sales of our services to major developers and exploring opportunities in high-potential niche markets.

Requirements for the candidate:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales and understanding of the target clients' business.

  • Experience in long-cycle sales.

  • Relevant network (development, AEC, augmented reality solutions).

Skills:

  • Ability to conduct presentations and negotiate at a high level.

  • Ability to handle objections and entertain the client.

  • Creativity and ability to find clients through various channels.

  • Ability to work independently and find clients without constant supervision.

  • English proficiency at C2 level. Any additional language is a plus.

Personal qualities:

  • Independence, initiative, ability to take responsibility.

  • Sociability, ability to work with clients from different cultures.

  • Adaptability and ability to quickly understand new things.

Working conditions:

  • Salary: 3,000–4,000 (gross) base pay, quarterly bonuses, and a percentage of sales.
