Local Business Assistant in Portugal (up to €3,000/month)
We’re launching several businesses from scratch in Portugal and looking for someone who’s not afraid to take and do. No overthinking, no waiting for a perfect brief. If you're driven, and know how to negotiate and sell — you're in the right place.
What you’ll do:

Test business ideas in the real world

Drive around, talk to people, close deals, launch pilots

Manage early-stage processes — from idea to first sales

Support founders with business and operational tasks

Hire people if the idea takes off
Must-haves:

Portuguese language — essential (you’ll talk to locals a lot)

English or Russian — a plus

Your own car - a plus

Charisma, initiative, healthy boldness, and the ability to persuade

Experience in sales, negotiations, or launching things from scratch — a big bonus
