Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Crypto Community Moderator to foster a safe and engaging online environment. This role is crucial in building strong relationships within our community and ensuring users feel valued. No prior experience in community moderation is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about cryptocurrency and community engagement. This position is based in our office in Almaty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the crypto community and encourage participation.

• Respond promptly to member inquiries and support requests.

• Moderate user-generated content and enforce community guidelines.

• Manage banned user processes and resolve disputes.

• Develop moderation strategies and produce relevant reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Passion for cryptocurrency and community engagement.

• Strong understanding of crypto trading.

• Proficient in Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.

• Experience in planning online events preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
