Senior Cost Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop tender analysis budgets based on technical specifications received from clients or contractors
• Determine costs based on efficiency metrics from company realizations, including unit man-hours (labor) and unit machine-hours (equipment)
• Obtain and evaluate commercial offers from potential subcontractors
• Coordinate with the Project Control Office to monitor project realizations, analyze variances against tender budgets, and estimate revised budgets
• Analyze and report on necessary data, developments, and emerging issues related to the role’s responsibilities
• Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) for the Tender Department
• Monitor submitted tenders and manage revisions according to updated scopes or technical specifications
• Prepare and submit tender prequalification documents to clients
• Ensure full compliance with document management and regulatory requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in major consulting or industrial companies
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, attention to detail, and ability to self-verify work
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferred knowledge of Primavera, MS Project Scheduling, cost reporting, and change control processes
• Strong command of English (mandatory); Russian language proficiency is an advantage
