We're looking for Manufacturing cost and production performance management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• (Manufacturing cost analysis) Monthly performance summary, increase /decrease factor analysis
• Manufacturing cost performance vs. standard cost monitoring and Increase / decrease reason analysis
• Check cost increase / decrease inducing issues by cost center and feedback by factory
• (Design cost calculation) New product cost calculation and analysis of material cost and processing cost influencing factors
• (Standard cost management) Set standard cost of manufactured products and periodic update
• (KPI management) Set production management KPI items, goal setting, performance monitoring
• Performance analysis of cost-influencing items such as facility efficiency, yield, and damage rate
• Reporting and documentation work on cost management and process management described above

Requirements:

• Higher Education

• 3+ years in Manufacturing cost direction

• Spoken English

Обязанности:

• (Анализ производственных затрат) Ежемесячное подведение итогов, анализ факторов увеличения/снижения затрат

• Мониторинг производственных затрат по сравнению со стандартными и анализ причин отклонений

• Выявление причин увеличения/снижения затрат по центрам затрат и предоставление обратной связи для заводов

• (Расчет проектных затрат) Расчет себестоимости новых продуктов и анализ факторов, влияющих на стоимость материалов и обработку

• (Управление стандартной себестоимостью) Установка стандартной себестоимости производимой продукции и её периодическое обновление

• (Управление KPI) Определение ключевых показателей эффективности управления производством, постановка целей, мониторинг выполнения

• Анализ эффективности по статьям затрат, таким как производительность оборудования, выход продукции, уровень брака

• Подготовка отчетов и документации по управлению затратами и процессами, описанным выше

Требования:

• Высшее образование

• Опыт работы в направлении управления производственными затратами от 3 лет

• Разговорный английский язык
