Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 6+ years of experience in financial reporting and managing accounting across multiple countries. You’ll handle day-to-day accounting tasks, support audits, and help improve financial processes as part of a globally distributed team.

Essential responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities in different countries
• Post journal entries and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve inconsistencies
• Prepare and support VAT filings (e.g. UAE) and tax-related processes
• Work with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants
• Review current workflows and suggest process improvements
• Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of accounting and reporting experience
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Experience working with external auditors
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• A positive, problem-solving attitude
