The main task is to lead the process of preparing a product forecast and achieve consensus between cross-functional teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the process of annual planning of sales volumes by products within the IBP cycle, conducting a DMR meeting
  • Leading the process of cross-functional interaction in order to collect and agree on inputs for the formation of a baseline forecast and determining the main sales drivers
  • Analysis of the commercial forecast for customers, assessment of discrepancies with the product forecast, formation of conclusions and corrective actions
  • Managing risks and opportunities in customer and product forecasts
  • Maintaining key KPIs (Sales Forecast Accuracy, BIAS) at the target level, analyzing the reasons for deviations, developing improvement actions
  • Brand portfolio management from the demand function (novelties, renovations, local and international withdrawals), master data
  • Control of illiquid and slow-turnover inventories (SLOB), management of future risks, development of measures to reduce inefficient inventories
  • Development of the planning function processes
  • Goal setting, coordination and control of activities of the demand team

Main Requirements:

  • Logistics or Mathematics education will be your advantage
  • Helicopter view, at least 3 years as demand planner of big scope in FMCG company as well as team management skill
  • Developed communication\ integrator skills, good knowledge of S&OP\ IBP processes
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (excel & power point) - advanced level
  • English: upper-intermediate
