Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager who will serve as a trusted partner to our clients after the policy is bound. You’ll guide them through our post-bind processes, help them get the most value from our services, and ensure an exceptional experience every step of the way. This is a fully remote role, requiring availability to work during Pacific Time (PT) hours.
Responsibilities:

Manage and support clients through post-bind insurance processes

Guide clients in using our platforms and services effectively

Build and maintain lasting client relationships through regular engagement

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom promptly and professionally

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

Educate clients about policy details, renewals, and additional services

Use customer data and insights to identify upsell opportunities and boost satisfaction

Handle documentation and client communication using digital tools

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support role

Background in insurance or post-bind processes is a strong plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is required

Familiarity with digital customer tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Office 365

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Availability to work full-time on Pacific Time (PT) schedule

Schedule:
