The Role
The IT Manager for Russia & CIS will report to the Finance and Administration Director, and will be responsible for different sites, including offices and productions.
- Lead the IT department's activities in alignment with the company’s objectives and KPIs.
- Design and execute IT development strategies, including modernization, optimization, and the adoption of new technologies.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, databases, and end-user devices.
- Manage IT projects related to the development and deployment of information systems, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and budget.
- Oversee information security, implementing data protection measures and ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
- Coordinate with external IT contractors and service providers, overseeing quality and contract performance.
- Handle IT budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and expense optimization.
- Enforce and track adherence to corporate IT standards and procedures
- Support and improve operational IT systems, ensuring rapid troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Lead and develop the IT team by fostering motivation and professional growth, taking into account individual skills and characteristics, to help achieve both regional and global business goals.
The Candidate
- University degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role (ideally in a production company of consumer goods)
- Proven track record in executing IT projects and strategic plans
- Experience with SAP systems is an advantage
- Intermediate English
