AI Social Media Manager

KeyDev is on the lookout for a AI Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy tailored to gambling and betting verticals.
• Create AI-generated text, visuals, memes, and video content using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Veo 3, Kling etc.
• Promote brands, offers, and campaigns through trend-driven and native content (especially performance-oriented).
• Adapt content to platform-specific nuances (Telegram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, etc.).
• Creation of viral and attention-grabbing AI-powered short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Monitoring trends, algorithm changes, platform policy updates, and nuances of operating in restricted niches.
• Supporting the full funnel: lead magnets → content → traffic → conversions.
• Collaborate with traffic, creative, and performance teams to align content with lead-gen and conversion goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media in high-risk verticals.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing: channel mechanics, CPL/CPA flows, funnel logic.
• Proficiency in AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
• Understanding of what performs in the niche: risks, meme culture, meta-humor, and psychological triggers.
• Strong copywriting skills with a clear, persuasive tone and effective CTAs.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in traffic acquisition (FB, TikTok, push, in-app, etc.).
• Skills in AI video editing/generation (Runway, CapCut, ElevenLabs, etc.).
