PLACE OF WORK: CONSTRUCTION SITE OF A GAS PROCESSING PLANT IN UST-LUGA (LENINGRAD REGION)

Место работы: МЕСТО РАБОТЫ : ОБЪЕКТ СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА ГАЗОПЕРЕРАБАТЫВАЮЩЕГО ЗАВОДА В п. УСТЬ-ЛУГА (ЛЕНИНГРАДСКАЯ ОБЛАСТЬ)

Responsibilities/Обязнности:

• Involvement to project to ensure that the needs for Commissioning execution are properly addressed in the design, project schedule and prepare engineering deliverables required for the execution and monitoring of the relevant activities at Site.
• Design review from a Commissioning / operability point of view such as P&ID,3D Model, Operation Manual, performance test run procedure reviews and participation to HAZID/HAZOP
• Planning and organizing the Commissioning Team according to project schedule
• Plan, coordinate the presence of Vendors, Licensors required for specific Commissioning Activities.
• Working on Commissioning preparation activities to set strategy plan, monitor and control site activities.
• Preparation of work method statements with taking into account HSE requirements from HSE Plan and Procedures and if applicable from relevant Manufacturer Installation, Operation and Maintenance manuals.
• Ensures verification of Mechanical Completion Status before accepting it from Construction Team on Sub-System basis.
• Planning and establishing a list of special/temporary/test equipment, fluids, experts, tools and consumables required for execution of the activities.
• Organizing and coordinating the direct manpower support from Construction subcontractors/organization, external companies or by direct hiring.
• Management of changes, by agreeing with CPY before starting commissioning activities, occurred from unforeseen changes or circumstances requiring deviation from agreed deliverables.
• Ensure a safe execution of Commissioning activities according to HSE and QA/QC plan and procedures.
• Ensuring Commissioning teams attendance to some of the Pre-commissioning activities in order to reduce time required for Commissioning activities, to familiarize with Plant and control systems, optimize punch items, to minimize opening flanges and equipment during Commissioning.
• Ensuring Commissioning Teams attendance to Commissioning activities done by others on Contractor’s system, solving problems with expertise and assistance of the Vendors

• Контролировать подготовку и выполнение ПНР, в том числе проверку соответствия графиков и программ ПНР
• Разрабатывать и следить за выполнением планов и графиков проведения ПНР.
• Контролировать выполнение договорных обязательств подрядными организациями
• Проверять соответствие объемов ПНР проектной документации.
• Участвовать в приемке строительно-монтажных работ и объектов
• Формировать перечень замечаний, недоделок и дефектов, выявленных в ходе ПНР, и контроль их устранения.
• Участие в освидетельствовании гарантийных случаев выхода из строя оборудования

Requirements/Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Высшее образование
• Experience in process systems, process automation, building automation systems/Опыт работы в автоматизационных ситемах
• Field experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment at oil and gas facilities/Полевой опыт устранения проблем по части електрических и механических работ в нефтегазовой сфере
• Working experience under EPC contracts is a must/Опыт работы на проектах по EPC контракту
• Good Oral - written Communication Skills
• English language at least Upper-Intermediate
