A Business Development Manager (BDM) focused on Security (CCTV and Access Control) systems responsible for expanding sales presence in the CCTV market and security solutions.

The person must have a solid background in business development

and excellent relationships with majority and narrow focused players in Kazakhstan

among Electrical Low-Voltage and Specialized Security and Automation sector,

with acceptable experience in networking, partner account management and field sales.

Must have a good knowledge of the VAD, Sub-VAD, general 2-tier distribution partner channels.

Key job role and responsibilities:

  • Commercial development of the sell-out of Target area (Kazakhstan)
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned all level partner accounts
  • Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners
  • Responsible of a Top 10 - Named accounts list that will have to be developed to achieve company objectives
  • Have to establish Selected Partners with its Pre-Sales Engineers to generate new business and develop current partner network
  • Report and engage involvement of Other B2B Team personnel, including technical support & service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations
  • Accept responsibility for project forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update Project Pipeline in time.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Drive sales development and accelerate TP-Link CCTV and Enterprise business.
  • Proactively follows a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g. training certification)
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 4 years in sales with reference to security/video surveillance or similar sectors
  • Recognized contacts list of partners
  • Experience to make business and marketing plans and long-term strategies to develop targeted segment.
  • Knowledge to read and recognize required Drawings, Plans, Schemes provided with project technical documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Presentation skills
