As a Customer Service Representative at Enexia, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, patients, and pharmacy partners. Your primary responsibility is to provide timely, empathetic, and accurate responses to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless service experience. You will work closely with pharmacy teams, dispatchers, and account managers to maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and friendly manner

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, pharmacy, and logistics) to ensure accurate and timely service delivery

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system

Follow up on customer concerns to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

Educate customers about services, policies, and procedures

Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements:
