ARARA LLC is looking for a tour operations manager.
Job purpose
Tour operations manager should be responsible for:

Preparation of tour programs and budgets;

Communication with incoming tour managers;
-
The operations of already confirmed tours;
-
To be in charge of communication with partners in 4 Central Asia countries;
-
To be in charge of communication with local partners in Uzbekistan (hotels/restaurants/ museums/transport companies) for reservations.
Requirements:
-
Diploma in Tourism;

Work experience in tourism sphere is preferable;

Excellent communication skills;
-
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, Word and Excel;
-
Ability to work in a team;
-
Ability to meet the deadlines;
Responsibilities:
-
Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry and execution of the tour;
-
Act as a contact person between the office and the field partners (hotels, restaurants, museums, transportation, etc.);
-
Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner.
