This role requires a dynamic and tenacious individual with a proven track record in business development and clinical marketing and with a technical savvy of the Diagnostics Market.
Обязанности:
- Identify new opportunities within the field of clinical diagnostics and develop marketing activity plans to exceed annual sales and growth targets.
- Support channel partners and educate medical practitioners on the clinical benefits of products. This will include planning and execution of congress activities, workshops and as well as doing regular customer and channel partner visits.
- Develop strong scientific knowledge by familiarizing with the latest publications, provide scientific expertise and facilitate clinical studies.
- Maintain technical expertise and a profound domain knowledge by establishing relationships with internal team members and collaborators and become a trusted internal voice of the customer.
- Report technical problems and their solutions and share insights & knowledge among the team.
- Participate in Monthly Business Reviews to expand sales potential in CIS region.
- Maintain and develop the CRM database, provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Требования:
- University degree preferably in Medicine or Biomedical sciences
- Bachelor or Master’s degree and demonstrated ability in clinical/scientific research, medical devices, or IVD industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Confirmed experience from international commercial sales/ marketing/distribution in the area of diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or medical products.
- Previous experience working in medical device / IVD industry and women's health is preferable.
- Previous exposure to research and working with scientific papers and publications is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of regulated diagnostic markets and sales of instruments and reagents in this industry
- Good market intelligence with respect to competitive products and solutions.
- Ability to sell in a consultative manner addressing customer´s individual needs based on clinical data
- Ability to understand and explain sophisticated scientific literature and data to support the sales process
- Commercial competence and the ability to promote value preposition of our technical solutions
- Excellent digital literacy, especially with regard to preparing documents, presentations and reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and spoken: proficient English and Russian.
