Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Coordinate, organize, schedule and manage outbound shipments

Ensure accurate and timely delivery
Key Responsibilities:
-
Plan, organize and coordinate outbound operations including Export and in-country deliveries
-
Issue and manage supporting documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Export Declaration, CNT or others
-
Keep accurate records of all shipments
-
Coordinate and manage suppliers/3PL logistics providers (transport, packaging materials such as cartons and tapes, and others) including procurement, contract signing, payment, ect.

Work cros-functionally with DC/Carrier management to monitor for and investigate and resolve repetitive patterns of shipping errors

Seek continuous improvements in terms of utilization, frequency, lead times and cost

Maintaining, monitoring and reporting KPI’s

Problem solving, solutions and process management
-
Monitor and report monthly actual costs/spends
-
Participate and lead cross-functional meetings
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
-
At least 2 years of experience in logistics management or customer service
-
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
-
Excellent skills in communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Analytical skills
-
Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
