The Role

Strategic IT Leadership

  • Revise, define and drive the IT strategy aligned with business strategy and group digitalization and IT strategy.
  • Lead transformation from current systems to modern, integrated platforms (SAP, Optimacros, 1C etc.).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and their relevance to core operations and innovation.
  • Drive and support the secure new technologies (e.g. AI, GenAI, IoT, Robotics etc.) in accordance with the group standards and requirements

Enterprise Architecture & Digital Platforms

  • Oversee IT architecture, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and security.
  • Unify business applications into a single, integrated digital ecosystem.
  • Support development and execution of the data governance framework, metadata management and DWH evolution.

Business Process Automation & Digitalization

  • Drive automation throughout the organization.
  • Roll out intelligent e-document flow and electronic archive solutions.
  • Ensure process transparency, auditability, and traceability.

IT Operations, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

  • Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant IT infrastructure (local & cloud-based).
  • Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and continuity protocols.
  • Regularly audit and upgrade cybersecurity posture (VPN, proxy, backend and endpoint protection, policy enforcement).

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on technology risks, investments, and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with functional leaders, group IT, and external vendors.
  • Oversee IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, and SLA performance.

People & Change Management

  • Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage change across the organization during system implementations and upgrades.

The Candidates

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in IT leadership in a well structured environment with production.
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale ERP (SAP) and other IT systems automation and implementation projects.
  • Strong grasp of ITIL, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations.
  • Proven track record of team building, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project delivery.
