About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Manager who will work not on cold sales, but with users who have already downloaded our app. Your main responsibility will be to engage, retain, and convert these users into active and loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with users who have downloaded our app
Understand their needs and guide them through our services
Maintain strong relationships and ensure high user satisfaction
Encourage app usage and monitor user activity
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Meet retention and engagement KPIs

Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)
Positive, client-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple conversations and maintain records
Confident in using communication tools and basic office software
