Responsibilities:

Develop and implement company-wide BIM standards (templates, naming conventions, parameter/model structures)

Set up digital workflows between Revit and Google Sheets / Excel for automated calculation of materials and labor volumes

Build a unified classification and data system (NSI) for design, procurement, and project execution

Configure task routing cards and track actual construction progress

Enable visual control of execution using the Revit 3D model and NSI

Integrate third-party BIM solutions (Dynamo, Diroots, CellBIM, etc.)

Train architects, engineers, and site control specialists to work according to the new standards

Educate company leadership on how to extract analytical and management data from Revit
-
Provide ongoing methodological support for the team and develop internal BIM processes
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Manager

Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including parameters, templates, and families
-
Willingness to be hands-on and work as part of an active team

English proficiency: Intermediate or higher — must be able to communicate effectively with architects and engineers in English

Experience with Dynamo, Google Sheets, Excel

Proven track record in developing and implementing BIM standards

Understanding of classification systems (NSI) and construction documentation workflows

Ability to train, support, and structure knowledge
