Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: strategically allocate resources and prioritize geographical territories and market expansion to optimize sales opportunities and market penetration;
  • Leadership: lead and coach a cross functional team to unleash potential of each team member and to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction;
  • Customer acquisition: develop and execute effective strategies to attract and onboard new commercial farmers as customers;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate across the squads, with internal stakeholders including support squads to ensure alignment and delivery for sales initiatives;
  • Demand generation: drive awareness and adoption of CP, seed products and digital services through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities driving demand;
  • Performance tracking: implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor sales performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Agricultural, Marketing or Business administration is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in marketing, strategic planning and / or sales, experience in agriculture.
  • Track record of leading people (directly / indirectly).
  • English – Upper-intermediate level.
