Responsibilities:
- To boost the number of guests at the hotel by fostering strong relationships with a select group of agencies (clients/prospects) identified through the sales solicitation program.
- To maximize the number of direct sales calls each week, including account visits, site inspections, and hosting events at the hotel.
- Issuing of contracts for definite bookings and follow up deposits.
- Communicating client requirements clearly and effectively via Event Orders.
- To quickly address, follow up on, and secure any leads received from the Banquet or Reservations departments.
- To update the hotel database after sales calls with relevant information (new names/contacts, special requests, necessary follow-ups, next scheduled contacts, etc.).
- To create tailored account strategies in collaboration with the Food Beverage and Rooms teams as needed.
- To deliver a weekly sales activity report during sales meetings, emphasizing new accounts, requests, leads, and other relevant updates.
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 1 years of experience as sales manager in the international hotel brand 4-5*.

Understanding of hotel services, amenities, and the competitive landscape.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek; additional languages are an advantage.
