Our client is an international consumer goods company with long-standing presence on Russian market and several well-known brands.
Role:
- Develop and manage the e-commerce content strategy and budget for all partners (Marketplaces, Pure Players, Bricks&Clicks…).
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the E-content team (5 people), setting clear KPIs and driving performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key online retailers, creative agencies, and service partners.
- Drive the creation and deployment of compelling commercial content: rich content, banners, landing pages, and brand zones - in line with the marketing calendar.
- Adapt global brand campaigns and key launch materials for optimal performance on digital retail platforms.
- Write effective creative briefs for designers and copywriters and manage agency workflows to ensure high-quality output.
- Analyze content performance through data (A/B testing, CTR, CR), conduct competitor analysis, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and project success.
Candidate:
- Higher education (preferably in Marketing or Management) with 3+ years of experience in commercial/brand content.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital content landscape and proven team leadership experience.
- A strategic and critical thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure and visualize information effectively.
- Proactive, responsible, and skilled in multitasking and time management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with Figma experience as a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
