Role Overview
As a VIP Travel Coordinator, you will design and manage luxury travel experiences for ultra-high-net-worth and corporate clients. This role requires precision, discretion, and creativity to deliver seamless, high-touch itineraries. You will work closely with Flyer-Club’s leadership to ensure every trip is executed at the highest standard.

Post-Probation Base Salary: $400–$600 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage complex itineraries: flights, luxury hotels, villas, yachts, private jets, helicopters, and car services.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure exclusive rates and benefits.

Qualify and nurture client leads; manage CRM records (Salesforce) for pipeline tracking.

Handle urgent requests, last-minute changes, and emergency disruptions with speed and professionalism.

Provide discreet, anticipatory service while safeguarding client confidentiality.

Negotiate rates and commissions to maximize client value and company profitability.

Support Flyer-Club leadership with VIP bookings, follow-ups, and select operational/administrative tasks.
Expanded Responsibilities (Post-Training, ~3 Months+)

Support Concierge Division with UHNW requests across luxury sectors.

Coordinate with private jet, yacht, and helicopter providers, and develop high-end in-destination contacts.

Assist with client events, curated experiences, and marketing initiatives targeting UHNW and corporate clients.

Contribute to workflow improvements, client-facing materials, and market intelligence reporting.
Qualifications

Proven experience in travel coordination or client management (luxury or corporate preferred).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); additional languages a plus.

CRM and travel system proficiency (Salesforce experience preferred).
