Relocation to Cairo
Responsibilities:
• Manages and coordinates all aspects of the Company’s activities;
• Holds full P&L responsibility over the project;
• Develops market entry roadmap and resources estimation in accordance with the group expansion strategy within the region;
• Leads government & regulators relations ensuring operational working capability and leads working streams in frame of licensing and audits procedures;
• Meets target margins levels in Unit Economy and overall financial model;
• Ensures target business growth volumes while keeping operational efficiency and cost effectiveness of the business;
• Manages team members hiring and motivating to keep high level of business growth, adaptability to environment changes and creativity required for business goals achieving;
• Develops relationships with Egyptian partners in frame of business growth cooperation, funding the business and investments;
• Coordinates the development of IT systems including the infrastructure and technology;
• Develops new product propositions and customers servicing concepts;
• Provides periodic reporting to group management and passes through audits;
• Participates in the discussions of strategic business plan along with the budget for the next few years; according to the group ambitions for growth;
• Develops and implements measures for customer service improving;
• Constantly looks for disruptive innovations to ensure business growth and raise business effectiveness.
Experience:
- At least 5 - 8 years of successful managerial experience in POS Lending\Consumer Lending, Fintech;
- Deep knowledge of international business principles;
- Deep understanding of the business processes and IT processes of a commercial company;
- Knowledge and skills of business unit management: telemarketing, sales, collections, analytics, quality management (process related), payments processing and staff training;
- Implementation of plans and KPIs, increasing economic efficiency, achieving target profit indicators;
- Systematic approach to problem detection and solving, strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrate ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution;
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration; MBA degree would be a plus;
- A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed;
- Commercially focused, results driven, with a strong track record of leading and developing a business;
- Excellent understanding of financial reports and statements;
- Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage, lead and measure productivity of teams;
- Fluent English is a must and any other relevant language is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
