  • Development and implementation of b2b sales strategy in Russia
  • Implementation of the regional sales plan
  • b2b sales net development
  • Negotiations with direct and indirect customers
  • Area of responsibility – Russia

Mandatory requirements:

  • Experience in lubricants business in sales roles, not less than 5 years on Manufacturer side – as a must
  • Experience in working with b2b lubricants distributors and direct customers
  • Mastery level of presentation and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of local lubricants market
  • Good technical skills
  • High level of independency
  • English B1
