Requirements:

English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher

A laptop or PC, electricity, and stable internet access

Desire to grow within a friendly team

Basic skills in Excel and other standard software
Working Conditions:

12-hour shifts, 15−16 shifts per month: from 8:00 to 20:00 or 10:00 to 22:00 (night shifts also available)

Remote work with 20 paid vacation days per year

Paid from the first working day

Training is paid the same as a regular shift
Responsibilities:

Respond to user inquiries via text (domain: gambling/betting)

Use predefined response templates and adjust them according to the user’s question
