Smol Pod is an embedded growth & creative pod helping Web3 builders go viral and scale. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our small, fast-moving team.
What You’ll Do

Run and grow Smol Pod’s social media (mainly X/Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram Reels) with engaging posts, memes, stories, and campaign content.

Manage one client account including daily posting and active reply-guy engagement (jumping into relevant threads, replying to influencers and community posts, and building visibility through conversations).

Create and edit graphics, memes, and short-form videos for posts and stories.

Track performance, learn from analytics, and continuously improve content quality and engagement.

Stay plugged into crypto Twitter culture and trends: from meme formats and humor to emerging projects and narratives; and use that knowledge to shape content.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing X/Twitter and Reels/TikTok accounts.

Strong graphic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, we’re flexible on tools).

Must: Deep understanding of crypto/Web3 culture and ability to follow and react to trends -- you live on CT or at least know how to speak its native language.

Comfortable being a reply-guy and building organic reach through conversation.

Creative thinker with sharp storytelling instincts.

Self-starter who thrives in a small team and startup-style environment.

Experience with community building and engagement strategy.
