Responsibilities:
- Drives improvement across customer touch points in airports.
 - Ensures efficiency improvements at ground services level.
 - Leads transformation of ancillary strategies and their implementation in ground services.
 - Ensures performance management of below- and above-the-wing KPIs for the ground services department.
 
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in ground operations or airport services.
 - Proven experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives.
 - Knowledge of ground handling operations and key airport customer service touchpoints.
